Care instructions
All covers and wallets are made with Italian premium faux leather for binding. This leather doesn't need additional care.
Qualitative leatherette will last you for many years. She is not afraid of moisture. Light dirt can be removed with a damp cloth.
Do not mark the pen on the covers. It cannot be removed without a trace

If there is any issue with your product please contact us immediately and we will work it out!
Returns accepted only if you received the item in damaged condition. Returns should be requested within 3-5 days upon delivery of your item. Item must be unused, in the original packaging and with tags attached when returning. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted to your original purchase price. Once I received the item back and inspected to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of return for exchange, and return shipping costs for return for exchange are at customer cost.
Do you take individual orders?
Yes, I take private orders, and I will be glad to receive more details about your order. Please describe what you need and give some examples, if there are any. After that I will be able to name an approximate price and time frame.
I cannot download a file, what should I do?
First, make sure that you are using your computer or your smartphone browser; you cannot download a file via the app. Then go to You > Purchases and look for the order and the download link. This link will be available as soon as your purchase is completed. If the problem is still there, please contact me.
May I change the size, color or position of elements in your graphics?
Most of my collections contain a vector format (EPS files or AI), so you can easily change the appearance of the elements and the size using a vector graphics editor (for example, Adobe Illustrator). Please make sure before finalizing your purchase that the product you have chosen contains this format (I always mention it in the description).
